mask

This wall mask is a self portrait of the great Joseph Szeiler, produced for the very first time.

The mould was uncovered at the Szeiler works back in 1986 by Jonathan Plant when they took over the factory from Joseph's wife Maisy Szeiler.

The piece shown is the first to be produced from the mould and is marked Joseph Szeiler trial sample, and will be the only such sample ever to be sold.

We at Moorland Pottery plan to produce the mask in a limited edition of 100 all of which will be released periodically and exclusively through ebay.

This is an absolute must have buy for the die hard Studio Szeiler collector.

The piece measures a near life size 265mm x 155mm. If you need any further information please don't hesitate to contact us at Moorland Pottery
